Shipping
We corporate with SF Express to deliver goods.
Please take into consideration that some products may take additional time for delivery and processing.
Important: Your order is shipped once your payment has been cleared.
Please contact our customer service center if you would like to request an exchange or return on your order.
- Shipping will take 5-7 business days (for in-stock items).
- Shipping may take longer for pre-order items.
- Tracking information may take 2-3 days to be available.

Exchanges and Refunds
Important: Please take into consideration that we accept qualifying returns but not exchanges.
Refunds are issued once the returned products clear our inspection.
1) An item is eligible for cancellation if:
-your order is still under “Pending” status
-the order is delayed for more than 10 days since payment and you have not received any notification regarding the delay
-the ordered item is out of stock.
2) We accept return(s) if:
-you receive a product different from your order
-you receive a defective product
-you are returning due to change of mind(on size, color, etc.)
**Return Instructions
(1) Send a return request to our CS within 2 days of receipt.
You are required to attach photos of the received product(s) and include the order number and reason for return.
(2) A customer service representative will be in contact to assist you.
(3) Items returned must be in their original condition, which includes tags and any packaging.
Please make sure to include a note of your order number, name, and user ID.

*Please be advised that returns are accepted ONLY IF you followed the instructions above and your return request
has been approved by our staff. Returns that are shipped to us without any prior consent are not accepted.
*Please note that EVEN DEFECTIVE/INCORRECT item(s) must be returned with all of the tags and labels intact. The item(s) must
be sent unworn and in the original packaging.
*Please include all contents of the original package and free gifts (if applicable) in your return package.
*Return shipping fees for faulty/wrong orders will be paid for or reimbursed. The shipping fee will be refunded once the returned item
has arrived.
3) We do not accept return(s) if:
-you are returning shoes, bags, or any other accessories
-the products are damaged due to customer mishandling
-your return request is not approved by our staff
The following items are not considered defective:
*Items that are originally manufactured without tags or labels
*Items with creases that may have been made during shipment
*Items with unsatisfactory/incomplete finish due to mass production
4) If there is a missing item from your order:
*Contact our customer service center by forum within 7 days of delivery.
*Please keep all contents of the original package including packaging material (boxes, plastic bags, etc.) with you until
you are instructed otherwise.
Please note that we may not be able to process the refund for your missing item if you lose or damage any packaging material.

How to order
Order is processed as below:
Step 1: Search for products.
Step 2: Add products to your shopping cart.
Step 3: Log in with a member ID or non-member order.
Step 4: Fill in the order form.
Step 5: Proceed with payment.
Step 6: Complete the order and you will see the order number.
How to measure size
The size is measured flat.
-Measurements may vary by 1-3cm.
-Shoulder + Sleeve: Raglan sleeves and drop shoulders are measured from neck to cuff.
-The waist and hip widths are provided for items with tapered waistlines.
Washing method by material
Please refer to the care instructions for different materials.
**Cotton - Hand Wash Separately, Wash in Cold Water, Use Neutral Detergent
Dark colors may bleed when soaked in detergent for a long time.
**Polyester - Hand Wash Separately, Use Neutral Detergent, Wash in Lukewarm Water
Washing in water is possible. To prevent distortion, do not boil or iron at high temperatures.
**Denim - Hand Wash Separately, Dry Clean, Dry in Shade
Dry clean at first wash to prevent color bleeding. Wash with caution as color may transfer.
**Rayon - Hand Wash, Use Neutral Detergent
Wash with caution as the fabric may weaken when wet.
**Linen - Dry Clean
Dry clean to prevent distortion.
**Knitted Fabric - Dry Clean
Dry clean to prevent distortion or shrinkage. Keep away from high temperatures.
**Suede - Dry Clean
Dry clean to prevent distortion.
**Wool - Dry Clean
Contact with water may cause distortion.
**Velvet - Do Not Hand Wash, Dry Clean
Wash separately from other garments that may shed.
**Fur - Dry Clean
Washing in water is possible. Dry clean to prevent shedding.
**Leather - Dry Clean
This fabric is vulnerable to moisture. Store in a well-ventilated place.
**Chiffon - Dry Clean, Hand Wash, Dry in Shade
+ Dry cleaning is recommended for all garments.
+ Color may bleed or fabric may distort when washed.
+ Exchanges and returns are not accepted for products damaged by the customer’s mishandling.
+ Dry clean or hand wash cold. Do not tumble dry.
